Gift Certification Use

You can use the gift certificate code provided to you during checkout. You will see a section to choose your payment method, and you should select the "Gift Certificate" method. There will be a box where you can cut & paste the gift certificate number into for redemption of the funds.

Birthday Club

You can sign up for the birthday club using this link (http://eepurl.com/gddr-j). All fields must be filled out in order for you to be properly included.

Members or Sellers banned from forum

We cannot disclose specifics about why any member or seller is banned from the Forum. We never ban anyone from the forum without repeated warnings and repeated opportunities to correct any issue related to Forum rules.

Not 18 - Parental Consent

If you are under 18 years of age, you will need your parent or legal guardian to create an account and place the order on your behalf.

Delete profile data

We cannot delete your profile, but you can do it quickly & easily by logging into your account, click on the "My Account" tab, and at the bottom should be a link that says "Delete Profile". Be aware, this will delete everything related to your shop profile & cannot be recovered. Please make sure you save all notes related to your bindings, services, and/or readings because this information will be permanently deleted.

Shipping time versus Order time

There is a difference between our processing time and how long it takes the USPS or FedEx to deliver your package. When a shipping company quotes you a shipping time, that is how long it takes their company to deliver your package. When you pay your shipping fee, we remit that payment to the shipping company of your choice, who then takes custody of your package and delivers it to you. Order Processing

Typically shipping with Creepy Hollows can be anywhere between 7 days to 10 days; up to 14 days if you have opted for paper printouts to accompany your bindings. Business days are Monday-Friday, we only ship on these days.
