You can check a lot of information related to your shop account right from the "My Account" drop-down in the upper, left-hand corner of the shop. If you are on mobile, you will click the 3 bars in the upper-left of the screen, log in, and then use the "My Account" link under the 3 bars. If you have downloads to access from your order, you can find them all in one quick & convenient place. Log into your shop account, and then click on the "Order Details" button. Then click on the "eGoods/Downloads" tab Under this tab you will find all of your downloadable content :)

Your order notes are emailed to you at the completion of your order. When you receive the "completed" email notification the notes are at the bottom of the email. You can also log into your shop account, click on "My Account", then click on the "Order History" tab, and search for orders. When you open the order the notes will be at the bottom of the screen.
