You can opt to use the 3 body binding box and do it yourself for your bindings one at a time, or you can use a Triumvirate which uses the power of 3x3, which means everything must be added in 3s and it uses the power of 3.
They both add bindings to your 3 bodies, but it's just a matter of preference for whether you want them added individually or added 3 at a time using the power of 3.
