Guidelines for Reselling

We're happy to have any website or seller use CH information or to offer CH bindings to their customers online or in local shops.  We work with many incredible practitioners across the world, and we're happy to be part of anyone's paranormal journey, but we do ask for some basic rules of respect to participate in our reseller program.

CH has no professional, official partnership or affiliation with any other shop, practice, or seller.  We are an independent shop, but we are happy to provide bindings for your customers or have you cite our website for accurate information for your customers.

Reseller

If you are reselling bindings you bought on CH:

- Make it very clear in your listing, or in conversation with your customer, that you purchased the binding on CH and that you are reselling the binding.  If you have made any modification to the binding beyond what was originally provided to you then you must disclose any modifications that you have made to the customer.  It is best-practice to provide the new owner/Keeper of the binding the original CH order number so we can provide swift and helpful support if the new owner/Keeper has any questions.

- If you are reselling a binding that you originally bought for yourself and no longer need/want, please disclose that information to the buyer.

- If you are purchasing bindings on CH strictly for resale it must be made exceptionally clear that you have no affiliation with CH on a professional level by posting the following verbiage "My shop/website/practice is not affiliated with CH in any professional capacity, I am purchasing these bindings for resale of my own accord".

- Any verbiage that you copy from CH for the listing on your website, or the literature in your store, needs to have Creepy Hollows cited at the end of the verbiage that comes from our website.  Do not cite CH under any of your own wording or text.  You need to use quotations to clarify the information from CH and after the last word copied & pasted from CH there needs to be a closing quotation mark and then this exactly - information cited from Creepy Hollows, creepyhollows.com, accessed (enter date information copied).

For example, - information cited from Creepy Hollows, creepyhollows.com, accessed 28 December 2020.

The date is important because we update information on our website all the time and you need to cite when you accessed the information for clarity's sake.

If you are selling bindings you buy on CH for your customers:

- Make it very clear to the customers if the binding you are providing is being performed by CH.  In your listing, or in your conversation with clients, you need to be clear that their binding is being performed by CH and you are offering it to them as a middle-man.  It's extremely important to us that your clients know where their binding is coming from to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings.

Failure to follow any of these guidelines will result in immediate (and possible permanent) suspension of your account.

CH Information Sourcing

We're happy to have any website or seller use CH information as part of their information for their listings or resources on their website.  However, there are guidelines that must be followed.  Failure to follow these guidelines may result in action from CH.  All information remains the sole copyright of Creepy Hollows and your copying & pasting it onto your website or literature does not forfeit our copyright.  We do use DMCA to enforce misuse of Creepy Hollows information through all appropriate channels.

- If you are a practitioner who is using CH information in your listings or literature, then you need to make it very clear that you are the practitioner providing the service and not CH.  In order to make it clear that you are borrowing information only to help your listing credibility, you need to properly cite the fact that the information only is from CH.  See citing guidelines below.
