If your package was not delivered properly, please make sure you act immediately with the USPS. You need to contact your local USPS facility (not the 1-800 number) and ask to speak to the manager or post master. Provide them the tracking number and tell them that the carrier did not deliver the package to the correct address. The USPS does have GPS capability to see exactly where a package was left and what carrier delivered the package. Please act quickly because the carrier needs to retrieve the misdelivered package and the more time that passes the less helpful they will be.
