If your order did not ship and you wanted it to, check to see if you chose "No shipping required" during checkout. This information can be found at the top of your order receipt under the Invoice #, which means the bindings are bound to your spirit and not to a vessel.

Shipping Fee for USA Order - Over 1 lb
Shipping Fee for USA Order - Under 1 lb
Be sure you put your order number in the Notes area when you pay for shipping!
For future reference, in the checkout screen, the "No shipping required" option looks like this, so don't choose this option unless you want everything bound to spirit.
